Your training in summary:
Where? Düsseldorf (3 days / week; https://duesseldorf.euref.de/) & Adam-Josef-Cüppers-Berufskolleg in Ratingen (2 days / week)

When? 01.08.2025
How long? 3 years

Your salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: 1173₠, 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1232₠, 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1319₠
Your vacation: 30 days / year

Your workplace: monthly work in various areas of office organization and administration with a focus on our customers

• Support our customers in commercial customer support by phone, chat and email
• Ensure that problems are solved quickly and in a friendly manner
• Go through various departments such as customer support, logistics or human resources
• Help with exciting projects in the area of ​​sustainability to make Schneider Electric even greener
